Last weekend was special for me. I visited Sasawane, Alibaug the hamlet of great Sculptor Nanasaheb Karmarkar. It is 18 kms from Alibag on Alibaug-Rewas-Mandwa Road, 150 works of art of the famous sculptor Late Mr. Nanasaheb Karmarkar are displayed in his own home named
Karmarkar Shilpalaya. It was a great experience to see his works and love to be there. I must have visited Alibaug before couple of times but never got the opportunity to visit this place.
